Originally born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Jen brings a diverse background in healthcare, leadership, operations, patient experience, and team development. Before joining Akeso, she worked directly with dental implant patients, helping them understand their treatment options, identify their goals, and navigate the treatment journey while partnering closely with providers to create individualized solutions.

Throughout her career, Jen has held regional and multi-location leadership roles where she has coached and developed teams, improved operational performance, supported patient satisfaction initiatives, and helped organizations achieve their growth goals.

What Jen enjoys most about her work is helping people succeed. Whether she is coaching a team member, improving a process, or supporting a patient-centered initiative, she believes that strong relationships, clear communication, consistency, and accountability are the foundation of a great organization.

Jen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications from the University of South Florida, where she also danced as part of the USF SunDolls dance team. Her time at USF remains an important part of her connection to her Tampa roots. She is also a nationally certified CPR Instructor through the American Heart Association.

Outside of work, Jen is a devoted wife and mom. She has been married to her husband, Gary since 2005, and together they have three children Hannah, Hailey & Hunter. Family is an important part of her life, and she brings that same sense of care, encouragement, and connection into the relationships she builds professionally.
