With more than 15 years of healthcare experience, Amanda brings a well-rounded blend of clinical, administrative, and dental expertise to Akeso. She began her career as a Pediatric Medical Assistant, serving in the role for eight years and building a strong foundation in patient care, practice operations, and healthcare administration.

After completing her education in Medical Office Administration, Amanda transitioned into the dental industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, she has developed extensive expertise in dental insurance, billing, patient financial services, and revenue cycle management. Her strong understanding of both the clinical and financial aspects of healthcare allows her to effectively support patients, providers, and operational teams alike.

As Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Amanda leads Akeso’s revenue cycle operations across all practices. She collaborates closely with clinical and administrative teams to optimize processes, improve insurance reimbursement outcomes, and ensure patients receive clear, accurate, and compassionate financial guidance throughout their care journey.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Amanda enjoys exploring new restaurants, taking road trips, and spending summer days by the pool with her family. She is also deeply passionate about animal welfare and dedicates her time to volunteering with rescue organizations and fostering dogs in need.
